Getting to The Greenbrier is now easier then ever with commercial and charter flights arriving daily just 15 minutes from the resort at the Greenbrier Valley Airport (LWB).

Hotel Information
Please note that SSEB has reserved a block of guest rooms for this event. All reservations can be made by contacting The Greenbrier at (304) 536-1110 and asking for the SSEB room block or online through their Hotel Registration.
Guest rooms have been reserved at a rate of $225/night, plus a $25 resort fee. To ensure a room at the conference rate, hotel reservations must be received by August 15th. A deposit in the amount of $225 will be required at the time the reservation is made. Hotel reservations after August 15th will be subject to availability.
Check-in time is at 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is at noon.
Please note: Hotel deposits will be refunded only if cancellation is received 15 days prior to arrival.
