The Shrimp Council is a branch of The National Fisheries Institute to focus on the promotion of shrimp consumption in the United States. “Eat Shrimp” is a campaign to support The Shrimp Council in their mission. Weber is a well-known grill manufacturer that has been around since the 1890s.
nuSpace Media collaborated with Butin Integrated Communications, The Shrimp Council’s public relations company, to create a number of social media contests to promote Eat Shrimp and Weber. The two companies joined efforts for a series of joint shrimp grilling campaigns.
nuSpace Media created a mark for the word “shrimp,” which was carried over for the various campaigns. nuSpace Media then used the newly created mark to design a campaign for each of the promotional contests. The campaigns included email contests on Facebook, which nuSpace Media programmed, as well pinning campaigns on Pinterest.
